The Cryogenic Piston Pump (CO₂ Charging Pump) is designed by Partak Industrial Fan Bazar and has been gradually improved over time. Today, the design and manufacturing of all its components, from power transmission to the flask, are entirely carried out by domestic specialists.

This pump is specifically designed for charging CO₂ cylinders, capable of drawing liquid carbon dioxide from the liquid tank at the minimum required head and safely charging it into cylinders.

  • Use of PTFE (Teflon) rings to minimize wear of metal components
  • Pulley–belt drive system with minimal maintenance and optimized energy consumption
  • Common packing seal compatible with other cryogenic pumps (Cryofan)
  • Minimal liquid loss due to the pump-to-tank return line

 

Technical Specifications

Cryogenic valves are manufactured using advanced global technology and are suitable for use in tanks and pipelines for cryogenic liquids. These valves feature a long neck and materials resistant to temperatures as low as –200 °C, providing optimal performance under such conditions.

Partak Industrial Fan Bazar has over 30 years of experience in supplying and servicing this type of valve. By leveraging the strengths and weaknesses of Eastern and Western models, and considering the limitations in sourcing these valves, the company applied reverse engineering and design optimization to produce a high-quality local solution.

In this context, 12 different models of cryogenic valves in various sizes were designed, tested on-site with end-users, and subsequently entered commercial production. Continuous quality control and technology advancement have driven ongoing design and manufacturing optimization, including switching the valve body production from traditional casting to precision casting (Investment Casting), significantly improving product quality.
